President & CEO, Mike Letcher, CPM, ICMA-CM

Our President/CEO, Mike Letcher, CPM, ICMA-CM, brings over 35 years of extensive consulting experience. With a background as a city manager, budget director, finance director, human services director, human resource director, and general services/facilities director in cities ranging from 6,000 to 500,000 population, Mike is uniquely qualified to guide you through various challenges. He is a certified total quality management (TQM) facilitator and has received innovation awards for programs developed in Human Resources, Finance, and Customer Service.

Holding a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas, Mike has contributed to national publications on strategic policy development, customer service improvement, and redefining the relationship between the Mayor and Council and City Manager. Additionally, he serves as an Associate Professor in the University of Arizona Masters of Public Administration Program (MPA).
